1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gj999 ("gj999", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gj999 website, mobile platform, and all related services (collectively the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all persons who access the Platform, whether as registered account holders or as visitors.

• You are not depositing or wagering on behalf of any third party. Each account is personal and must correspond to one real individual only.

3Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Platform, you must register a gj999 account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one account on gj999. Duplicate accounts will be identified, merged, or closed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts may be voided.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. gj999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account must be used only by you personally. Allowing another person to use your account — whether for betting, depositing, or withdrawing — may result in immediate account closure.

gj999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks at any time without prior notice. This includes verifying the source of funds used for deposits. Players who fail or refuse to complete verification may have their accounts restricted or closed and pending withdrawals placed on hold.

4Prohibited Conduct and Platform Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gj999 Platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds without appeal.

5Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on the gj999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ and will be displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of the request.
• Deposits are processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other approved payment methods. gj999 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered under your own name.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.
• gj999 targets withdrawal processing within a few hours of approval for verified accounts. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• gj999 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request and request supporting documentation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the transaction violates these Terms or applicable law.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

gj999 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games or categories specified in the promotion. Using a bonus on an ineligible game type may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Welcome bon uses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is a violation of these Terms.
• gj999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly (until wagering requirements are met), or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

7Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports and esports betting markets offered on gj999, including cricket, football, and all other live and pre-match markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. gj999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except as provided under specific event cancellation rules.
• If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to players' accounts.
• gj999 reserves the right to limit bet stakes on any market at its discretion, including imposing individual player limits or event-level limits. Maximum payout amounts per event may apply and will be shown in the betting interface.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event at gj999's sole discretion, including during natural breaks in play or following significant events in the match.
• Any bet placed on an obvious pricing error — including odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices — may be voided by gj999 at its absolute discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

gj999 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account in the following circumstances, and the list below is non-exhaustive:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 4.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a formal KYC request from gj999.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform for any illegal purpose.
• At the player's own request. Players wishing to close their accounts voluntarily may contact support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the gj999 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of gj999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or use any content from the gj999 Platform for any commercial purpose without obtaining prior written permission from gj999. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to a claim for damages.

10Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gj999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if gj999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gj999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, and third-party infrastructure failures may affect Platform availability. gj999 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly following any outage but does not guarantee any specific uptime level.

11Privacy and Data Protection

gj999 is committed to protecting your personal data. Our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, sets out how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information in connection with your use of the Platform.
